Dear Mr. O'Buachalla,
It was indeed most generous and gracious of you to think of donating your fee to the Father Mathew Feis in Cork. Father Provincial has asked me to say how deeply grateful we are, not alone for the money donated, but equally for the purpose for which it is "earmarked." Your support and encouragement , expressed in this way, will boost the morale of the Feis Committee. We are inviting suggestions from them on how best to utilize this substantial grant on the lines indicated in your letter, and we will present these for your consideration in due course.
